This year again, our young trainees took part in the workshops for the qualification module "Energy Scouts" of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

During the 4-day training, the trainees from various companies in the Flensburg chamber area were taught about energy efficiency in operational applications and processes, including measurement technology.

Following the training, the trainees worked on a project in the company and presented it to the group of participants.

Our trainees selected the topic "CO₂ savings through the formation of car pools" and the project "Heat recovery from waste heat in the HP Indigo chiller".

The Energy Scout qualification has once again raised young people's awareness of energy efficiency so that they can help to identify, successfully exploit and evaluate potential savings in their future careers.
