German Book Prize 2022

CPI was allowed to produce 15 of the 20 nominated titles. The German Book Prize is awarded by the Stiftung Buchkultur und Leseförderung of the Börsenverein des Deutschen Buchhandels. Now the longlist has been announced by the jury. The shortlist will be determined on September 20 and the prize will then be awarded on October 17. An exciting, highly prestigious prize!

Manga Day

On August 27, 2022, the first MANGA DAY will take place in Germany and Austria. Loosely based on the model of Free Comic Book Day, you can get free special editions of selected manga at participating comic book and bookstores. The total of 25 special productions come from eight different manga labels and consist of both established series and new releases from various well-known publishers.
