With over 50 people, the 1 ½ days were booked up to the last seat. The guests received a lot of input from the varied program, consisting of tours of the logistics and print shop on the one hand and relevant background presentations on the other.
The highlight was the two presentations by the external speakers: Alexander Faust gave a profound insight into DeGruyter's structure and circulation strategy. Here, the participants could exchange their questions with the experts and colleagues.
The lecture by Markus Klose, "The Good Agency", was entertaining and informative. Using concrete examples, he showed the challenges in store price policy and the need for courageous action.
